A payments and data company, Deluxe has appointed Pandi Alagu Raja Mahamuni as Head – People & Culture

He has successfully implemented various initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, recognition, and satisfaction, as well as to optimize HR operations, processes, and procedures.

Pandi Alagu joined Deluxe from SEGULA Technologies where he was AGM – HR. His earlier stints include working with Acurus Solutions, Jouve, Origin ITFS, and TNQ.
He holds Master’s in Business Administration and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University.
