Rezo.ai appoints Vijay Kumar Jamwal as CHRO

An AI-Powered Contact Center, Rezo.ai has announced the appointment of Vijay Kumar Jamwal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Vijay is a seasoned HR professional with a humane first approach to building & scaling organizations with 17+ years of diverse industry experience. He has worked across sectors like Information Technology/ Banking/ Finance /Media/ Education/Real Estate, Research & Advisory, and Consulting.

Commenting on the appointment company said, “Congratulations Vijay Kumar Jamwal on being a part of the Rezo.ai family. He loves trekking in the hills and is passionate about contributing back to society. Welcome aboard Vijay!”

In his career span, Vijay’s key responsibilities included Driving strategic HR agenda for businesses, Managing end-to-end HR activities for 1000+ people strong organization spread across 4 locations. He was responsible for maintaining healthy employee relations (with the aim of zero disputes) and managing all labour compliances for the organization.

Vijay has led HR transformation projects around the Associate life cycle to improve employee attraction, engagement & retention. While working with Gartner, he has successfully led major Change Management Initiatives/Cultural & Value Integration during the integration of various acquisitions Gartner has done globally.

Commenting on the appointment with the company Vijay Kumar Jamwal, Chief Human Resources Officer, Rezo.ai said, “Manish Gupta Thanks for the warm welcome, really excited to work with the amazing team we have at Rezo.ai.”

Prior to Rezo.ai, Vijay was associated with Flyhomes as Director-Talent. A few of the last organizations he worked for are Citigroup, GlobalLogic, HT Media, and Gartner.

Vijay holds masters in business administration from Symbiosis International University. He completed bachelors from Delhi University.
