Sanjay Kumar Jain, CHRO, Jindal Stainless passes away
Yesterday, a senior HR leader and Industry Veteran Sanjay Kumar Jain, CHRO of Jindal Stainless Limited passes away due to heart attack.
Sanjay had a rich experience of over 35 years in the manufacturing sector. He joined Jindal Stainless in 1991 after working with BHEL for over seven years.
During his stint with the Jindal Group, he has been Head, Corporate HR in the O P Jindal Group, Jindal Stainless, and was also Director and Unit Head of the Company’s Hisar plant.
After completing his Post Graduation in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Sanjay started his career with BHEL as Personnel Officer in 1983, and then he moved to Jindal Group in 1991.
He has been with the Jindal Group till 2016 as Head HR. In 2018 Sanjay joined Rubicon Learning Systems Private Limited as Principal Consultant but didn’t work here for a long time. In 2019, Sanjay again joined the Jindal Group as CHRO for Jindal Stainless.
Sanjay was an HR professional with a career reflecting significant leadership experience, sound conceptual knowledge, and execution effectiveness.
He also handled special assignments of managing Super-Specialty Hospital and Schools.
