Embassy Group, a leading real estate developer, has taken a significant step to prioritize employee well-being by announcing an 11-day festive break for all its employees.

This move aims to celebrate the spirit of Diwali while promoting work-life balance.

The Diwali break will commence from October 31 and extend until November 10. During this period, employees are encouraged to disconnect from work and cherish quality time with their families.

It’s a refreshing pause that allows them to recharge and rejuvenate.

Embassy Group: Thanksgiving Lunch and Annual Diwali Party

In addition to the extended break, Embassy Group has planned two delightful initiatives.

Thanksgiving Lunch: The company recognizes the invaluable contribution of its support staff. As a gesture of gratitude, Embassy Group will organize a special Thanksgiving Lunch for them during this festive season. It’s a heartwarming way to acknowledge their hard work and dedication.

Annual Diwali Party: Employees can look forward to the annual Diwali party hosted by the company. The festivities will include gift distribution, fostering camaraderie among colleagues and celebrating the festival of lights together.

CHRO Maria Rajesh’s Perspective

Maria Rajesh, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Embassy Group, emphasized the significance of employee well-being. She stated, “We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and their well-being is paramount.”

Maria added, “We recognize the dedication and hard work our employees put in throughout the year, and this 11-day festive break is our way of encouraging them to disconnect, recharge, and spend quality time with their loved ones.”

“This is essential for their well-being and will enable them to return to work with renewed energy and enthusiasm,” she said.
