ACI Infotech is on a hiring spree, to hire 1400 people in 2022

ACI Infotech is planning to recruit nearly 1400 people across the country. This addition in manpower will lead to a total headcount of 3,500 employees in the company.

Jagannadh Kanumuri, President & CEO, ACI Infotech said, “Our expansion drive underscores our commitment towards organic growth. It is aligned with our mission to build our existing capabilities and serve our customers well with hyper-localization of resources. We have been thinking about this for some time and now with things lining up, we are aggressively making the move.”

The hiring will be through direct advertisements, LinkedIn, and employee references, and the company will also accept applications offline.

The hiring is for various positions digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud on Azure, AWS & Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

ACI Infotech is bulk-hiring along it is eyeing an additional revenue of USD 100 million over the next 18 months. This is expected to improve overall customer reach and will be instrumental in enhancing the proficiency of the existing business model.

The company will also be penetrating into Tier 2 cities with 8 training centers planned across small towns in India. This would help ACI to tap into new talents and capabilities.

The enterprise will also add 25 global delivery centers alongside 7 innovation centers all over India. ACI Infotech is expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
