Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and create cybersecurity labs that simulate real-world scenarios for various topics such as penetration testing, network security, cryptography, and more.
2. Design comprehensive lab instructions, exercises, and solutions to ensure a hands-on learning experience for participants.
3. Create detailed documentation for labs, including setup instructions, prerequisites, and step-by-step guides for participants.
4. Doubt-clearing sessions for participants, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment.
5. Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions to address individual learning needs and challenges.
6. Collaborate with the training team to continuously enhance and update the training curriculum based on industry developments.
7. Assist in evaluating participants’ progress, skills, and understanding through assessments and practical evaluations.
8. Serve as a point of contact for participants’ questions, clarifications, and technical support during training programs.
9. Support the senior trainers in organizing and executing workshops, seminars, and training events.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. Practical experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on knowledge of penetration testing, network security, encryption, and cybersecurity tools.
3. Documentation skills to create clear and concise lab instructions and training materials.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills to handle doubt-clearing sessions.
5. Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and a desire to share knowledge and insights with others.
6. Familiarity with attack and defense methodologies, threat analysis, and risk assessment.
7. Prior experience with mentoring or training, whether in a formal or informal setting, is advantageous.
8. Should know tools like nmap, sqlmap, burp, etc., and should have working knowledge of Kali Linux or parrot OS. To apply for this role click here.
