ICCS planning to hire 1,000 employees in next 12 months

One of the leading providers of BPO services in India, ICCS is hiring nearly 1,000 employees in the coming next 12 months.

ICCS Founder and CEO Divij Singhal said, “We are now planning to expand our team and hire across role to ensure the employees have the support they need so as to drive the organisational growth and take it a notch higher.”

He added, “alongside actively recruiting new talent, we onboard 800 plus callers every month across multiple geographies so that we are able to serve our diverse customer base better.”

President, ICCS, Anuj Gupta said, “Today, emerging technologies have pulled an entire new gamut of opportunities for all kinds of businesses in India. Leveraging this opportunity, we have started investing in R&D to come out with innovative tech-enabled solutions to offer all the more value-added services to our clients.”

“We are also looking forward to developing a product based on Data Analytics and AI, which we believe will help improve the overall experience that we offer to our clients. We are keen on hiring aggressively so that we can carry forward our operations and strategies in the times ahead.” He added.

ICCS is planning its recruitment of talent across categories. The currents openings are in customer service, business acquisition, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer engagement procedures.

Currently, ICCS has an overall workforce strength of 6,000 employees.
