Geographic Flexibility

Infosys is hiring across multiple locations in India, making it convenient for candidates to find opportunities close to their preferred cities.

Key locations include Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi, among others.

With the hybrid work model becoming a norm, some positions also offer flexibility between remote and on-site work arrangements.

This widespread hiring effort underscores Infosys’s commitment to attracting top talent nationwide, ensuring geographic diversity and inclusivity in its workforce.

Q2 Results and Hiring Trends at Infosys

Infosys reported a slight increase in attrition for the second quarter of FY25, which rose to 12.9% from 12.7% in Q1, though significantly lower than the 14.6% recorded in Q2 of the previous year.

Notably, the company reversed a six-quarter hiring decline by adding 2,456 employees during the July-September period.

The increase in workforce aligns with Infosys’ efforts to bolster its talent pool and meet growing demand in key markets.
