JPMorgan to expand workforce in India: explore over 500 jobs

A leading global financial services firm, JPMorgan Chase plans to increase its headcount in India by 5%-7% annually, focusing on the growing talent market to support global operations, a senior executive told Reuters.

Investment and banking firms are expanding in India through global capability centers (GCCs), which are projected to more than double.

With India representing about 50% of the global GCC market, the country has become a prime hub for talent, attracting significant interest from these companies.

JPMorgan Chase is hiring spree for various roles in India. The company said on its career page, “Across JPMorgan Chase, we serve millions of customers and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients managing assets and investments, offering business advice and strategies, and providing innovative banking solutions and services.”
