The company has an Indian workforce of more than 5,000 employees, RTX has one of the largest footprints amongst aerospace and defense firms in India.
Pratt & Whitney has recently revealed the launch of its India Digital Capability Center (IDCC) in Bengaluru, India. This cutting-edge center aims to expedite innovation and facilitate digital and business transformation on a global scale for Pratt & Whitney.
The newly established facility will be strategically located alongside Pratt & Whitney’s esteemed engineering and supply chain operations centers of excellence. This proximity will enable seamless collaboration with other RTX entities in India, including Collins Aerospace and RTX Enterprise Services.
With $40 million already invested in engineering and supply chain operations centers in the past two years, Pratt & Whitney continues to grow its presence in India with this additional multi-million-dollar investment in the IDCC.
