TCS is Hiring MBA freshers 2023 & 2024; Last date 10 May

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting MBA Off Campus Hiring from the batch of 2023 & 2024.

The company said, “We are inviting bright management postgraduates from specified specializations to set out on the path to a successful management career. Join our cutting-edge business teams in IT services and embark on a journey of Business transformation.”

“Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, shaping the future of technology and business. Recruitment is being organized for candidates of 2023 & 2024 Year of Passing (YoP) for the specializations mentioned below”, the company added.

Eligibility: 2 years full-time MBA /MMS /PGDBA /PGDM course with specializations in Marketing /Finance /Operations /Supply Chain Management /Information Technology /General Management /Business Analytics /Project Management and related disciplines offered by a recognized University/College.

Application Process:

Step 1. Login to the TCS Next Step Portal  Opens in new tab

Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive

  • Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
  • Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category “IT” and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (in-center) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application“. The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive”.

  1. REGISTRATION END DATE: Friday, 10th May 2024
  2. TEST DATE:  Monday, 17th June 2024

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is targeting to enroll a comparable number of new graduates in FY25 as it did in FY24, around 40,000.

In the January-March period, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) saw a sequential decrease in headcount by 1,759 employees. The company workforce stands at 6,01,546 as of March 31, 2024.
