The Pharma Company in Panchkula, Haryana has gifted 12 cars to employees. The employees have been rewarded cars for their hard work and loyalty.

The pharma company owner said, “Some time ago when our team was growing, I told my employees that they were no less than stars. We made rapid growth thereafter. We wanted to make them feel like celebrities. Everyone is a celebrity in my company.”

Mits Healthcare director M K Bhatia presented the cars to 12 “star performers”. The gift was given to employees ahead of Diwali.

Mk Bhatia, Managing Director, shared a post on LinkedIn saying, “Mits Group Proudly Gifted Cars to Our Team members to Promote & motivate them.”

This car is a reward for their hard work, honesty, and trustworthiness towards the company. The company is also planning to gift 38 more cars to the stars soon.

Earlier, Policybazaar last week concluded Season 3 of Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG), an award-winning employee-focused initiative. The company said that across three successful seasons, policybazaar’s Jeeto Apna Ghar contest has 23 houses and 8 cars given out till date – prize money of over 25 Cr.

Previously in February, Indian Tech company Tridhya Tech, a global leader providing digital transformation services, felicitated 13 employees with 13 cars as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication towards the company’s mission over the years.

Ramesh Marand, the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Tridhya Tech, while addressing the employees said, “We are gifting cars to employees as a part of our employee recognition program.”

“I strongly believe in sharing the wealth we have created with our employees. This is just the beginning. We are looking forward to more and more such initiatives in the future”, Ramesh Marand added.
