ServiceNow has launched its third virtual internship program for the 2024–2025 academic year.
This program, run in partnership with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and SmartBridge, is open to engineering students across India.
The goal is to help students build useful digital skills and prepare for jobs in the tech industry.
About the Program
This is an eight-week online internship for students currently enrolled in B.Tech or B.E. programs. It focuses on training participants in ServiceNow’s cloud-based AI platform, used by many companies to manage work processes more efficiently.
The program includes:
- Self-paced courses through the Now Learning Platform
- Live online classes led by experienced trainers
- Hands-on practice with real tools
- A final project
- Free access to take the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam after completing at least 24 hours of coursework

Even though the internship is unpaid, students will benefit from free training and the chance to earn a well-known certificate, which can help them in future job searches.
Extra Activities
Interns may also join coding events and become part of the ServiceNow student community, where they can meet others and stay up to date with tech trends.
Who Can Apply
To apply, students must:
- Be studying for a B.Tech or B.E. degree (or similar)
- Be from any engineering branch
- Be free for the full 8-week period
- Have an interest and some basic skills in tech and digital systems
