HCLTech, a leading global technology company, has announced its invitation for applications for the innovative TechBee program, offering a unique opportunity for students to kickstart their careers right after completing Class 12.

The program aims to provide comprehensive training and job opportunities to students from across India, fostering a new generation of tech professionals.

HCLTech TechBee Program Details

The TechBee program is open to students who have cleared their Class 12 exams in 2023 and 2024, as well as those who will be completing their Class 12 in 2025.

This inclusivity allows a wide range of students to participate and benefit from the program.

Eligible students include those with a background in mathematics or business mathematics, who can apply for various technology roles within HCLTech.

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 12-month training program with HCLTech.

This training period is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the tech industry.

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates are offered full-time jobs with HCLTech, ensuring a smooth transition from education to employment.

One of the unique aspects of the TechBee program is the provision for candidates to pursue part-time higher education.

HCLTech has partnered with prestigious institutions such as BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, and Amity University Online.

This allows trainees to continue their academic journey while gaining valuable work experience, balancing both education and professional growth.

Success Stories, Financial Aid Inclusivity and Partnerships

Now in its eighth year, the TechBee program has seen numerous success stories, with graduates engaged in various roles such as digital engineering, cloud computing, data science, and artificial intelligence.

These roles are critical to HCLTech’s operations and contribute significantly to the company’s success in delivering innovative solutions to its clients.

HCLTech ensures that financial constraints do not hinder deserving students from participating in the program.

Details about qualifying marks, financial aid, and counselling are available on the official TechBee website, www.hcltechbee.com.

This support system helps students navigate the application process and secure the necessary resources for their training and education.

HCLTech is committed to inclusivity and accessibility. It has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and various state skill development corporations in India.

These partnerships aim to ensure that students from underrepresented backgrounds have the opportunity to benefit from the TechBee program.

This promotes diversity and equal opportunities within the tech industry.

HCLTech TechBee Program: Company Vision and Leadership

Since its inception in 2017, the TechBee program has trained thousands of students.

It has provided them with job skills and opportunities to work on projects for leading global brands.

Subbaraman Balasubramanyan, Senior Vice President at HCLTech, emphasized the importance of the program in nurturing young talent.

He highlighted its role in preparing them for successful careers in technology.

“The TechBee program continues to be a cornerstone of our commitment to developing future tech leaders,” he said.
