In a proactive move to boost ELI Scheme and foster economic growth, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, convened a crucial introductory meeting in New Delhi.

Focus was The Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme—a strategic initiative aimed at creating a more prosperous and inclusive India.

The ELI Scheme: A Collective Effort

Union Minister emphasized that the ELI Scheme represents a critical step toward achieving our shared goal of robust employment generation.

The success of this scheme hinges on the collective effort and wisdom of all stakeholders: the government, businesses, and workers.

By encouraging businesses to generate more employment opportunities, the ELI Scheme aims to provide meaningful and sustainable jobs for the youth of our country.

“Employment generation is a top priority for the government, and the ELI Scheme is a step in the right direction to achieve this goal.” said Dr. Mansukh.

He added, “We are committed to working closely with stakeholders to design a scheme that is robust, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of the economy.”

The meeting witnessed the presence of key dignitaries including Shobha Karandlaje, Sumita Dawra and other high-ranking officials.

Fairness and Inclusivity: The scheme ensures that employment opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of background or location.
