In a strategic move to strengthen its human resources function, Dalmia Bharat Refractories Limited (DBRL) has appointed Ashutosh Sinha as new Head – HR & Administration.

This significant development reflects the company’s commitment to optimizing resource management and aligning HR strategies with its business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities at Dalmia Bharat Refractories

In his new role, Ashutosh Sinha will lead DBRL’s HR strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.

He will work closely with DBRL’s leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

He will focus on optimizing human resource utilization, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee productivity. Ashutosh aims to attract top talent, nurture existing employees, and create a robust talent pipeline.

He will champion employee well-being programs, skill development, and career progression. Ashutosh will oversee administrative functions, streamlining processes and ensuring smooth operations.

DBRL Head-HR: Background and Experience

Ashutosh Sinha brings over 23 years of diverse HR experience to his new role. His professional journey spans various sectors, including Pet Services, IT Services, IT Consulting, Manufacturing, Staffing, and Recruiting.

Prior to joining Dalmia Bharat Refractories, Ashutosh held key positions in several organizations:

Wiggles.in: As the Head of HR, Ashutosh contributed to shaping the people strategy for this dynamic company.

Tuya Smart India: Ashutosh served as the Head of HR, overseeing talent management and organizational development.

Infomind India, JSL Lifestyle, Future Group India, Adecco, and Perot Systems: Ashutosh’s career trajectory includes significant stints at these organizations, where he honed his HR skills and made meaningful contributions.

Ashutosh Sinha holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from IndSearch, Pune.

His academic foundation, combined with his practical experience, equips him to lead HR and administration effectively at DBRL.
