Saint-Gobain Group India appoints Ramya Sampath Sharma as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Ramya brings with her over 27 years of rich experience in human resources, having held senior leadership positions across a wide range of sectors, including software services, manufacturing, and technology.

Ramya’s leadership will further strengthen the organization’s focus on talent development and drive continued success.

In her most recent, before joining Saint-Gobain India, she was working as Chief People Officer at GreyOrange, Ramya successfully partnered with leadership to build a high-performing and resilient organization.

Before this, she was associated with Microland Limited as Chief People Officer, she led strategic HR initiatives that strengthened organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Ramya’s career also includes her role as Managing Director, HR and Talent Strategy at Accenture, where she was instrumental in creating innovative people strategies for the company’s technology business.

Additionally, she spent 14 years at Intel Corporation, where she led human resources for Asia Pacific and Japan, overseeing global teams and driving HR transformation across multiple geographies.

Education and Skills

Ramya holds an MBA from Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute, and her extensive experience in leading multicultural teams, combined with her strong strategic vision, positions her well to steer the HR function at Saint-Gobain India.

Her proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals makes her an invaluable addition to the leadership team.
