UltraTech Cements Appoints Sunil Randev as Unit Head

UltraTech Cements Ltd has appointed Sunil Randev as the new Unit Head for Panipat Cement Works.

Sunil took to LinkedIn to announce his new role, stating, “I am excited to be a part of this great organisation and look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.”

His appointment reinforces UltraTech’s commitment to operational excellence and industry leadership.

Sunil’s Expertise and Leadership Journey

Sunil Randev brings over two decades of experience in the cement and infrastructure industries.

His expertise spans engineering, plant operations, and strategic leadership, making him a valuable addition to UltraTech’s management team.

Prior to joining UltraTech, Sunil held key positions at Holcim and Adani, two of the most prominent players in the cement and infrastructure sectors.

His tenure at Holcim lasted for an impressive 20 years, during which he contributed to plant maintenance, operational efficiency, and engineering innovations.

After two decades with Holcim, he transitioned to Adani Group, where he worked for over two years, focusing on operations and engineering leadership.

Sunil has a strong technical background, backed by his degree in engineering.

His expertise spans plant maintenance, manufacturing optimization, and leadership in high-performance environments.
