USV appoints Raymond’s Aparna Vishwasrao as Chief HR Officer

Indian healthcare company, USV Private Limited has appointed Aparna Vishwasrao as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

She has over 22 years of extensive experience in HR leadership roles and helping businesses grow through all stages of the business cycle.

Aparna has versatile experience covering pharmaceutical, FMCG, financial services, and oil & gas sectors.

She has provided both strategic and operational leadership in managing all aspects of the HR function- HR business partnering, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, HR operations, Industrial Relations, etc.

As a HR leader she has crafted business turnaround with the Leadership teams and Board, solved complex people challenges, worked as part of local and regional teams across continents, and created value for the organization.

Prior to USV Private Limited, she was associated with Raymond Consumer Care as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she was part of the HR committee responsible for overall policy matters and governance for all the diverse businesses of the Conglomerate. 

Her earlier stints include working with MSD, Gridstone Research, Reliance Capital Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

She holds Master of Arts from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University and completed her Bachelor of Arts from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce.
