Additionally, Capgemini has partnered with Schneider Electric to broaden its Energy Command Center (ECC) operations in India from 8 to 23 campuses, covering more than 70 buildings.

This ECC-as-a-service model will help clients transition to sustainable energy management practices.

Fostering Innovation and Skills Development

Capgemini is enhancing its generative AI capabilities to better serve its clients, including a focus on upskilling its workforce in AI-driven tools.

Expanding its collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Capgemini plans to increase its AWS Centers of Excellence and invest in training 30,000 employees on advanced AWS technologies.

This initiative is part of Capgemini’s €2 billion commitment to advancing artificial intelligence and reflects its strategy to be a leader in next-generation tech services in India and globally.
