DT Intern – Data Science at General Electric

This internship opening is to enable students to work on exploratory projects in Data Science and to contribute to digital solutions based on the identified problems.

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of development team to work on Data Science technologies (statistics, machine learning, deep learning, GenAI).
  • Work closely with an identified mentor on allocated projects. Analyze, design, test and integrate components, that meet business standards and program / product requirements.
  • Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with organization policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present technical data & document and communicate the results of technical data generated

Requirements

  • Students of B. Tech [3rd Year or 4th Year] or M. Tech [1st Year or 2nd Year] from reputed institutes
  • Candidate has to be from CS/IT stream with Data Science or AI Specialization (preferred)
  • Eligibility Criteria: 7 CGPA/ 70 Percentage & above (with no active backlogs)
  • NOC from college authorities to be submitted before offer issuance.

Desired Characteristics

  • Technology enthusiast. Up to date with current industry standards, trending software, and information technology development tools.
  • Strong in Python programming and machine learning
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
