HCLTech hiring freshers Early Career Program 2023 & experienced

The Noida-based company, HCLTech is hiring freshers through Early Career Program 2023 & experienced. The company is planning to hire 15,000 freshers in FY24.

HCLTech has partnered with various government departments and skill development missions across the country to create an employable skilled workforce

HCL’s Early Career Program, is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full-time jobs after Class XII, thereby making them financially independent.

The candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT services and digital support roles. This is a hybrid training program focusing on the overall education and personality grooming of students to make them job-ready.

  • Program Duration: 12 Months
  • Stipend: 10,000 Per month during the internship
  • Starting Salary: 2.2 Lakhs per annum of IT roles
  • Higher Education: Opportunity to pursue higher education with leading Universities and institutions including BITS Pilani, SASTRA University, Amity University Online, IIM Nagpur and KL University.

It will provide the opportunity to get a full-time tech career with HCLTech after completion of training. The program is now available across India, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, the Americas, Canada, and so on. To apply for the program and know more click here.

The company reported a net addition of 17,067 employees for the fiscal year 2023, there is a significant drop of around 57.3 percent from the 39,900 employees added in FY22.

The total workforce as on 31 March 2023 stood at 225,944. The company onboarded over 4,480 freshers in the March quarter.

HCLTech’s current attrition rate stood at 19.5% in the last quarter. The LTM Attrition in the previous quarter was 21.7% which was slightly lower as compared to the September quarter of the fiscal year where it was at 23.8 percent.
