Wipro is hiring PWD, returning women, experienced people, Apply

Bengaluru-based infotech major, Wipro is hiring PWD, Women with career breaks & experienced professionals for various roles.

Commenting on the freshers hiring the company said, “Indian IT companies have already elevated their fresher hiring for FY 23. We are looking at onboarding over 40k freshers. This will augment our current workforce significantly.”

Begin Again

The company has announced that it will hire women professionals across various verticals under its ‘Begin Again’ program. Women professionals who had career break for a duration of six months to one year or more can apply for these jobs based in India.

The company said, “Begin Again is our Inclusion and Diversity [I&D] initiative for women who are looking to relaunch their career post a break – be it for a sabbatical, motherhood, elderly care, travel, passion, or any other personal reasons.”

Persons with Disabilities

Wipro also invites job applications from the peroson with disabilities who are subject matter experts to drive the inclusion objective within the organization.

“We plan to onboard over 40k freshers during FY23.  We have already started on the journey by ensuring the right team is in place with the right focus and competencies. In FY22 we onboarded ~20k freshers. We believe that this will help us build the right talent pipeline for future.”
