Redington India introduces no attendance system for employees

Redington India has introduced no attendance system for employees. This is implemented for all employees working from the office, home, or any other remote location.

Sundar Rajan G, Vice President – HR, Redington India, said, “We, at Redington believe that trust is at the core of our culture. The employees of Redington are self-motivated individuals with a strong commitment towards the company and its growth.”

“By removing the attendance system, we are not only aiming to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of our workforce but also strengthen mutual trust and passion,” he added.

Redington (India) Limited started its Indian operations in 1993 in Chennai with a vision to become a leading distributor of world-class IT products with a clear emphasis on supply chain excellence and operational efficiency.

The company started with the distribution of HP peripherals and continued adding newer Products/Brands to its portfolio, growing from 5 employees, 3 branches, 25 dealers, and $2 million in sales in 1994 to 1800 employees, with a market penetration of 24 countries.

The company has a network of more than 47000 channel partners, facilitated by automated distribution centers.

Redington (India) Limited has emerged as the industry’s most efficient distribution company, with a strong management team, robust and automated order processing system, and professional business development team supported by a dedicated execution team making Redington a Distributor of choice to both vendors and resellers.
